The reception staffs are nice and welcoming. The gentleman served me on the day of check-in provided me a very clear and detailed information on travelling salzburg. It was glad that early checkin is possible in here allowing me to have a short term of relaxation at my room before exploring Salzburg. Hot water and coffee were provided too. it was also appreciate that the shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and tidy. They really do a good job in hygiene maintenance. Keep going!

The only hotel in the entire trip that does not allow deferred payment and free cancellation. Generally speaking, the earlier you book a European hotel, the cheaper it is. However, this hotel is special. The price of the two days I stayed there was at least 10 euros cheaper than the actual price I paid. I always felt a little uncomfortable. Fortunately, their service is very authentic and considerate, full of details.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel The rooms were clean and well-kept For the price, it felt like a great deal, as the value for money is impressive. The location is also convenient, situated just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free the reception staff were welcoming always ready to help I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and convenience at a reasonable price :)

It was about a 15-minute walk from the station. It was about a 25-minute walk to the tourist spots. The room was clean, but the toilet and shower were shared. The room was cleaned, but I thought it lacked care. It was good that there was a hair dryer. There is a microwave and a coffee maker. The kettle was broken and could not be used. The front desk staff was grateful for the directions to the tourist spots and how to use the bus.

It was a double room, and I was surprised to see a transparent shower booth in the room. Other than that, it was clean and the reception was friendly. It's great because it helps you store your luggage, gives you bus time notifications, and introduces Salzburg (where to go and how to get there).
